What voiceover styles are there?

There are many types of voiceover styles, and I provide them all.

• Conversational - Conversational voiceover is talking as if to a friend. This style conveys to the client that "We are with you, and we understand you".
• Formal - This style is suitable when you want to convey seriousness. It is deeper and with less of a smile.
• Professional - Suitable when you want to convey professionalism and friendliness, this style can be used for almost any company.
• Young / "Cool" - This style is great for products and services for young people, and when you want to convey a sense of fun and coolness.
• Soft - Suitable for products and services for parents (for example baby formula) or women (for example hygienic products), or alternatively for a sexy vibe (for example makeup, lingerie, etc).
• Dramatic - Dramatic voicoever is relevant when the video's subject matter is serious and you want to create drama (see the examples below).
• "Voice of G-d" - Dramatic voiceover often used for movie trailers.

 

How do you choose a voiceover style for your project?

I recommend choosing a style that reflects your company/service/product branding.

Important! Some companies use AI voices for their videos. These artificial voices convey a lack of uniqueness and authenticity. In contrast, I recommend differentiating your company/service/product from others, by using the most human voiceover style there is: the conversational style.
